The launch frame
The source set records a 2026-09-15 Steam Early Access date, a projected 18–24 month development period and no fixed 1.0 deadline. Treat the date and duration as the pre-launch public frame, not as a promise about final scope.
The foundation we can plan around
The current public direction is three launch Races—Human, Minotaur and Elf—combined with Brawler, Magician and Shadow for nine Race × Class combinations. The public level cap is 25, and the game supports solo play plus online co-op for up to eight players.
Regions and systems
Lost Caverns, Earlwood Village, Wildwood Forest and Goblin Caves are the known EA region set. Five Spell Slots, three progression trees, randomised equipment, crafting, Stronghold systems, NPCs and Pets belong in the launch planning frame, while exact rows still need client verification.

Recheck the 46 spell records, 48 recipes, 8 gear slots, 23 Set Pieces, 10 named NPCs and region markers against the first EA client. Keep each row as Verified, Changed, Demo Legacy or Needs Verification so historical data never silently becomes launch fact.
Do not import the roadmap into launch day
New zones, Races, Classes, end-game systems, Boss encounters, deeper crafting and longer story arcs are future directions. The source does not justify dating individual future milestones or treating the long-term 48-Archetype marketing line as the first-day character screen.
